Elevated Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Lily's dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp Sun Potion ashwagandha
Optional : red sprinkles!
Instructions:
Place the choc chips + coconut oil in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave ~30 seconds. Stir and then microwave 30 more seconds. Stir in ashwagandha & dip strawberries in chocolate mix. Add sprinkles. Place on wax paper and freeze ~5 min. Refrigerate until ready to eat. Makes ~9 strawberries. Have you used adaptogens before?! Which ones are your favorite?!
