1.5 lb fresh chicken wings
1/2 cup siete traditional hot sauce
3 garlic cloves minced
1 tbsp. ghee
1/4 white onion chopped
1 tsp. arrowroot powder
Instructions:
In a large bowl combine the hot sauce, garlic, ghee, and onion. Place the wings in bowl and mix until they are well coated. Pour the wings and sauce in a crockpot. Place on low for 2 hours.
After 2 hours mix the wings and then turn the heat to high for 45 minutes. Remove the wings from the sauce and place the sauce in a blender with the arrowroot powder. Blend for a few seconds until the onion is pureed into the sauce. Place the wings and the sauce back in the crockpot on low for about 10 more minutes.
