Nacho Average Grazing Board

This is nacho average board (had to). Charcuterie meets Mexican cuisine to make my two worlds collide. This is such a fun way to serve nachos, and with the Super Bowl this coming Sunday you'll want to save this for sure! Place Siete salted tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with Mexican style shredded cheese. Broil at 400 for about 2 minutes or until cheese has melted, watch carefully to ensure it does not burn! Transfer chips to a bamboo board. Layer with toppings of your choice! I used grass-fed ground beef seasoned with Siete mild taco seasoning, black beans, tomatoes, jalapeño, cilantro, lime, dollop of Siggi's dairy plain yogurt, guacamole, and micro arugula. Enjoy!!!
