Fig & Bacon Dish

I am not figgin’ you this dish is delish!!!! So many amazing flavors mixed together to serve up a delightful treat. This is perfect to snack on or serve to friends! Figs are high in antioxidants and they are sooo yummy, but only found fresh in summer months so get them while you can!

Ingredients -

-7 figs sliced into quarters

-4 oz mozzarella chopped into small cubes
-3 pieces crispy crushed bacon
-1/4 cup fresh basil chopped fine
-1/4 cup crushed walnuts
-avocado oil
-reduced balsamic glaze
-black pepper

Instructions -

Place bacon on a parchment lined baking sheet & bake at 400°F for 22 minutes or until crispy. Once all of the other ingredients are chopped, place on a platter. Drizzle with avocado oil, balsamic glaze, and top with cracked black pepper - devour!
