Mustard Crusted Salmon Bites

I am absolutely obsessed with these mustard crusted salmon bites. Salmon is a go-to in my house, we have it probably once a week. So I try to get creative with how I make it! I love the taste of salmon and all of the benefits it offers me. This was a great twist and I have a feeling even kiddos in the house would like it. It’s lightly crusted and crisps up nicely in the skillet. Find a recipe video here.

Mustard Crusted Salmon Bites

These mustard crusted salmon bites are a hit! I think even the kiddos would like these. They are lightly crusted and have the best flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of salt and cracked black pepper
  • Additional 1-2 tbsp. olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, making sure the salmon is coated evenly.
  2. Heat 1-2 tbsp. olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add salmon to pan (do not overcrowd, cook in two bathes if needed), and cook for ~2 minutes on each side to make sure the outsides get crispy. Cook for ~10 minutes total.
